  • A 17-year-old driver was cited by Billings, Montana, cops after she lost control of her car and totaled it into a coffee shop. According to the Billings Gazette, the unidentified driver told police she “blacked out” just before the crash, and had no recollection of how she smashed through a cinderblock wall of Esther’s Grand Avenue Espresso and Big Sky Coffee Roasters early Tuesday evening.   • On May 16, an unidentified woman cashed a fraudulent check at Marvin’s Bar near the Wye. Now, the Missoula County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the woman for questioning. Read more
  • I saw this meme on, but I had no idea what it was about. Come to find out that back in May, Montana passed House Bill (HB) 603. This bill requires the government to obtain a warrant of probable cause in order to spy on you through your electronics.  Although it seems ludicrous to me that a bill needs passed in order for this to be the case, Montana is the first to pass such a bill.
