Basically the survey researched prices of homes along with the percentage of the people with degrees from college education, performing arts and theaters, fancy art galleries and even the fewest fast food places.

1.  San Francisco.

2.  Washington D.C.

3.  Seattle.

4.  Scottsdale, Arizona.

5.  Oakland, California.

6.  Portland, Oregon.

7.  A tie between Irvine, California and Honolulu, Hawaii.
