One of the best parts about doing a 'fitness challenge' is that you don't have to do it alone! Our friends over at Orangetheory Fitness have officially launched their Orangetheory Fitness Transformation Challenge that'll take place over an 8-week time period!

As an Orangetheory member, I can speak first hand to the progress I've made, both physically and mentally, since joining a couple months ago. I truly believe with all my heart that if you are dedicated to getting yourself back into shape and making a genuine lifestyle change, this TC is one of the best ways to accomplish your goals. The coaches are fun and upbeat and the workouts are super tough, but totally doable! To succeed, all you have to do is push yourself and stay motivated!

Here are some of the TC ground rules:

  • Every participant in the TC must complete an average 3 classes every week ( a week is Monday through Sunday). If you take less than an average 3 classes any week during the challenge, you are disqualified from winning a prize. BUT we highly encourage you to finish the Challenge for yourself.
  • Challenge is 8 weeks long.
  • Winners are determined by the largest percentage of weight loss. The male and female first place winners will receive $1,250 each and there will be awesome.prizes for the 2nd and 3rd place winners for both male and female.
  • Registration fee is $25.

I know it's hard to picture it now, but spring is right around the corner which means summer is not far behind! The TC could be the starting point to that hot/healthy summer bod you've always wanted! You'll never know unless you try...

IMPORTANT DATES FOR TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE:

  • Registration: January 10th - 25th
  • Initital Weigh-In and Photo: Jan 26th - 28th
  • Transformation Challenge begins: Jan 29th
  • Mid-Point Weigh In: Feb 26th - March 2nd
  • Final Weigh In and Photo: March 23rd - 25th
  • Winner Celebration Party: March 30th or 31st - Still tbd
