The Jewel Concert Was Amazing With One of My Best Friends

I wasn't expecting the intense, intimate show that I saw last night at the Wilma with Jewel in concert.

She is just a wonderful story teller with a great story of inspiration, perseverance and passion to share.

She started off the show with a 20 minute story about her life, which made the whole night just so much better. It's been 20 years since one of my dearest friends heard Jewel for the first time.

She has such an interesting life story, and recently is going through a divorce. So her passion, compassion and genuine emotion was so raw. There wasn't a lot of dry eyes in the house.

She did stuff from her new album "Picking up the Pieces" and of course all her hits from the 90's and her early 2000's.
