The History of Whistling Through Song [VIDEO]

If you think about it, you could probably name a dozen songs with whistling. "Moves Like Jagger" ... "Pumped Up Kicks" ... the theme song to The Andy Griffith Show ... Britney Spears ... The Beetles ... I could go on and on. I never really thought about it until I saw this video, but I think it's amazing that whistling, the human instrument, plays such a huge part in music. I saws this video and also played it on the show today, it does a cool job of showing just how much whistling has been made so many songs famous over the years.

By the way, I've had several calls today for and against me playing 3 minutes of whistling on ZOO-FM. LOL! :-D
