Let's face it. We have all laid in bed and tried to dream up the best excuse possible to not go into work. Using everything from the flu to even a made up relative passing away. But, with all the creepy clown sightings around the country, maybe we can use an excuse that nobody can deny. "I can't make it into work today, I got attacked by a clown."

This actually happened in Ohio, when a 18 year old woman called the police to report a "clown attack."

According to WRTV

Alexsandra Conley, 18, of Hamilton called police around 6 a.m. Saturday, saying a clown jumped over a fence, waved a knife at her and cut her left thumb.

Police noticed during questioning, that Alexsandra was particularly calm. Especially for somebody who just got ATTACKED BY A CLOWN. The police pressured her a little, and she admitted to making a false report in order to have an excuse for being late to her job at McD's.

I am glad we haven't had any "creepy clown" sightings anywhere near here, like in other parts of the country. But that doesn't mean you can't use this excuse as a last resort to get out of work tomorrow.
