Around 11:00 p.m. Saturday evening, a Missoula Police officer pulled over a young man by the name of Tristan Kammerer at the intersection of Mount and Russell after Kammerer reportedly failed to yield and almost caused a wreck.

A 22-year old male is in Missoula Police custody for a series of incidents in which he is accused of exposing his genitals in Missoula neighborhoods and to children at bus stops.
Update: As of about 1:30 p.m., a police blockade on 23rd avenue has ended. According to Missoula Police Public Information Officer Travis Welsh, there were no arrests and no signs of a threat to the public.
