It's the one day out of the year that we show appreciation to the person who brought us into the world, and has helped us through all of our struggles.

I'm so excited that my mom and oldest brother will be taking their first trip to see Montana next week.

Being a man, I couldn't imagine the pain that is caused from giving birth. While child birth is a beautiful thing, I never want to know what it is like. We all have seen videos of guys trying to deal with the pain endured during child birth, no thanks...

Now that 'How I Met Your Mother' spinoff 'How I Met Your Dad' seems to have fallen through, the CBS lineup looks a little bereft of anything we might normally follow. And now with CBS' acquisition of Thursday Night Football, the full fall 2014 schedule looks a little jumbled with 'The Big Bang Theory' filling in for 'HIMYM' Mondays, while 'Elementary' and others move to October to accommodate football.

To my dismay, my mom recently signed up for Facebook. Since then I’ve fielded questions regarding why I am ‘friends’ with certain people, why I’ve commented on certain posts/pictures and what’s with all the slang words. She’s so nervous about getting her identity stolen, she refuses to upload a picture and I am her only friend. Yeah ME! LOL

A popular Montana ice cream shop has been serving new moms coupons redeemable for a free gallon since all the way back in 1968, but when a Mary Francis Ruffatto was doing some recent spring cleaning she came across a withered 26-year-old ticket that she obtained when her son was born. Hmm, is it still good? She went to the shop to find out.
