Kesha remains in rehab, treating an eating disorder and focusing on her recovery. Understandably, pop music's raunchiest dirty girl has had to postpone her upcoming March and April tour dates while she works on getting better.

Kesha is currently in rehab dealing with an eating disorder that may or may not have been exacerbated by her music producer Dr. Luke -- and now her mother Pebe Sebert is claiming her daughter could have died.

In addition to finding herself in rehab because of an eating disorder, Kesha is also allegedly in a treatment program for alcohol addiction.

When Kesha went to rehab for an eating disorder, it came as a shock. The singer had visibly lost weight, but no one suspected a problem ... except the 'Warrior' singer's closest circle, who knew something was up.

Kesha has added a new 'Animal' to her fanbase -- literally. The glitter-loving singer, who is a Global Ambassador for the Humane Society, recently rescued an adorable male kitten and adopted him as her own.
