Despite Bad Weather, Dragon Boat Races a Success
Despite chilly temperatures and strong winds, I think the 2nd annual Montana Dragon Boat Festival was a success. The boats were pulled off the water just before lunch in one of the top 10 largest dragon boat festivals in North America.
