For months now construction crews have been working on the site of the old Mercantile building downtown Missoula, but there was something just found that is amazing.
It rises.....the $5 million walking bridge that will help connect biking and walking trails from Missoula to Hamilton is almost in place over South Reserve, just off Brooks.
School began on Monday for most Missoula students and according to Missoula county Public School District One communications director Hatton Littman, things are going well
Heavy equipment is in place to begin laying the infrastructure for the walking bridge over South Reserve that will connect the Bitterroot Branch Trail to the Missoula to Lolo Trail.
