Speed-Dating Arrives in Missoula

Having a hard time fitting those uncomfortable first dates into your schedule? Don't you wish there could be a time and place where you could meet a handful of potential soul mates all at once? Speed dating is an event where matchmaking is the focus, and where meeting many people in the short amount of time is the key to its success. Most speed dates range from three minutes to ten minutes where two people are matched up face to face and carry on a conversation about whatever they'd like. A signal is sounded and the participants take notes about the "date" before moving on to the next potential candidate. Normally, shortly after the event, the participants receive word as to which one wanted to carry on with a second, more lengthy date.

According to the newly created Facebook fan page, Speed-Dating in the Zoo will be serving up a chance to get acquainted with like-minded people looking for love.
