Shopping Local This Year

Missoula is such an amazing place when it comes to shopping local. Mainly because there are so many talented and hard working Missoulians who create awesome products that are super high quality.

I know it's easy for us to get caught up in buying the cheap products that are mass produced in other countries. Trust me, I totally do that too!

But wouldn't it be nice if this year we made an effort to shop small and support the hard working artists and patrons who live right here in Missoula?! That's what I plan to do!

I think there is something special about buying a product that is one of a kind... and also gorgeous and handmade! One of my best friends, Amanda Easton (Krolczyk), is one of these hard working artists. She's newly wed  to a lovely guy named Anthony and they live two doors down from me.

Amanda graduated from the University of Montana's art program and she is an incredible artist. Her specialty is ceramics. I'm slowly starting to build up my Amanda Easton collection and I must say I'm getting more and more obsessed with each piece she creates!
