ScHoolboy Q Accuses Delaware Rapper of Stealing Old Verse

ScHoolboy Q is angry over a rapper who he claims stole his old verse for a song.

The 'Man of the Year' rapper went on a Twitter rant Saturday (March 22) denouncing Delaware rhymer Jem Cretes' tune 'Hustle 101' and said that the verse comes from a 2010 recording session. He tweeted:

In his defense, Cretes denies the beat was stolen and that ScHoolboy Q had full knowledge that his verse will be featured in the song. He tweeted:

Cretes then released a song called 'Hustled All My Life' in response to ScHoolboy Q's allegations of stealing old verses.

Another Twitter user, Street Goddess, who claims to be the original owner of the track, believes the verse was stolen as well. She tweeted:

Apparently, Cretes has some history with the TDE family. The up-and-coming rapper once directed the video for Kendrick Lamar’s title track from his 2009 eponymous EP.

ScHoolboy Q has not responded to Jem Cretes' response song or the slander on his Twitter timeline.
