Scarywood Night One

Last night I took a little journey with my friend Kara to check out Scarywood 2017. What. A. Night!

Obviously last night was a slow roll out of the festivities to come throughout the rest of October. One of the biggest changes they made this year was disbanding the train ride where you get attacked by zombies and replacing it with the most EPIC Walking Dead-like maze called Planet Zombie! Seriously they put in some major effort with the set and they even have a live show to keep you company while you're waiting in line. Get ready to hear a whole bunch of expletives...

The only part of Scarywood that I wasn't a big fan of was the Total Darkness maze. The maze is pretty self explanatory, you basically have to feel your way through it in total darkness. lol Sure there are some red lights that 'supposedly' help you find your way, but that's total bogus! Haha Kara and I got lost/stuck in that stupid maze for like 20 minutes and I for sure touched like 50 people in areas I wish I hadn't because I couldn't freakin see! Talk about stress sweat... Bleckkkk! And don't even get me started on how many times we bonked our heads on God knows what...

But just because Kara and I were super incompetent when it came to the Total Darkness maze, we still had an absolute blast checking out all the other attractions! Definitely worth the trip to Idaho!

Word to the wise... Be VERY aware of the guys with chainsaws lurking in the dark bushes!
