Couponing 101- The Basics

So you want to save money on your grocery bill? That’s great! But if you were like me a year ago, I had no idea where to start! Here are the basic keys of saving:
First of all, you need coupons…lots of coupons. Ask your family and friends for their Sunday coupon inserts. SmartSource, Redplum, Proctor & Gamble and General Mills all put out coupon inserts in the Sunday paper. You can also get a discounted price from the Missoulian for a Sunday only Subscription. My family and friends provide me with their inserts weekly. Sometimes when there is an absolute to-die-for sale coming up, I will even order coupons from ebay. (More on that in weeks to come!)
‘Dougie’ Rapper M-Bone Shot and Killed
Cali Swag District group member M-Bone was shot and killed late Sunday evening, MTV News is reporting.
According to an Inglewood spokesperson, M-Bone - whose real name is Montae Talbert - died of two gunshot wounds to the head at around 11:30PM PT. He was quickly taken to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

Lady Gaga Breaks Up With Boyfriend Luc Carl
It appears it was a bad romance after all: According to the Toronto Sun, Lady Gaga has officially split from her 30-year-old boyfriend, drummer Luc Carl.
Gaga confirmed the news Friday during an interview on 'The Graham Norton Show.'
"No, I don't have a boyfriend and haven't been on any dates recently," she said.
Batman Badly Beaten on Las Vegas Strip [VIDEO]
In a video circulating the Internet this week, a man dressed as Batman engaged in what began as a bit of playful street theater with a non-costumed rival on the Vegas strip
But soon, faux-punches turned to real ones, and the two slugged it out in front of a crowd of onlookers. It didn't end well for Batman, who was ultimately body slammed and then hit with a barrage of blows as he lay helpless on the ground.
Ashton Kutcher to Replace Charlie Sheen on ‘Two and a Half Men’
Sources for the Hollywood Reporter have confirmed that funnyman Ashton Kutcher will replace Charlie Sheen on 'Two and a Half Men' next season.
Though reps for CBS, studio Warner Bros. and Kutcher declined to comment, sources claim the deal is "all but signed." Kutcher also posted a coy tweet late Thursday night, asking, "What's the square root of 6.25?"

NBC Passes on ‘Wonder Woman’
For better or worse, NBC has ultimately decided to pass on its much talked about 'Wonder Woman' reboot, starring 'Friday Night Lights' beauty Adrianne Palicki.
The network has yet to make an official comment on the decision, but sources claim the pilot - which was written by David E. Kelley - tested to mixed reviews.
Matthew Perry Returning to Rehab
Former 'Friends' star Matthew Perry is returning to rehab.
The 41-year-old actor confirmed the news in a statement to PEOPLE, saying, "I'm making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery. Please enjoy making fun of me on the World Wide Web."
Man Tries to Smuggle Baby Animals Past Airport Security
In a bizarre twist, a first-class passenger was arrested this week after he was caught trying to smuggle two panthers, an Asiatic black bear, one macaque monkey and one marmoset in his luggage.
According to the Guardian, the suspect, Noor Mahmoodr, was charged with "possessing endangered wildlife and smuggling endangered wildlife." The animals were reportedly drugged at the time, and received immediate veterinary care after Mahmoodr was caught.
