These one pot recipes have been flooding my Facebook page lately. I haven’t tried to make one yet, but I’m going to try to make at least one this week. They look super easy. All you have to do is just throw everything into a pot and cook it on the stove.

Normally when cooking a dish like this, you would cook the noodles in one pot, saute the veggies in a pan and make the sauce in sauce pan. This recipe is great because you do all of these things in just one pot. If you hate to do the dishes, then you will love this recipe.

One Pot Italian Veggie Pasta

1 package spaghetti noodles

4 1/2 cups water

1 1/2 cups mushrooms, thinly sliced

2 zucchinis, thinly sliced

1 1/2 cups snap peas

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

2-3 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup parmesan, grated

1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

Dump the spaghetti noodles, water, mushrooms, zucchini, snap peas, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper in a Dutch oven or large pot. Put the pot on the stove and bring it to a boil. Once the water starts to boil, turn the heat down and let the meal simmer for 10 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked thoroughly. Add the grated parmesan and whipping cream and then stir.
