Without music, I don't think I'd be able to get through my workouts alive.

Even though I work with a Top 40 station, I'm really not picky when it comes to music. I love any and all genres. Sometimes I'm in a country mood, sometimes I like a little rock. Most of the time though, I listen to hip-hop, rap and a little pop in the mix.

When it comes to working out, I have a couple of go-to playlists you have to check out next time you're in the gym.

My first, and newest favorite is the DJ Snake Pandora playlist. I was just jammin' to it this morning. It's a little pop, a little EDM, and no stopping the upbeat music to keep you movin'.

To keep up with the Pandora playlists, definitely check out 2000s Pop Hits. Don't let the time frame deceive you. I've found some gems on here from the '90s that are a day maker and a leg mover.

Last, but not least, I still have all of the Tallest DJ of America's remixes of the week. Click here to find some of Aaron's best mixes. You may have to search a bit, but it's super worth it and easy to download.

If you're not into Pandora, check out 8tracks. It's kind of like Pandora, but a little more control in the variety of music you can listen to by choosing different categories. It's cool, you can check it out in the iTunes App Store and Google Play.
