New ‘Wild N Out,’ ‘Kingin With Tyga’ and More Coming to MTV’s Throwdown Thursdays!

Thursday nights have us all weekend-wild, and MTV’s new block is just the fix to start things off right. This Thursday, August 4 marks the jump-off of a new MTV lineup that includes Season 8 of Nick Cannon’s Wild N Out, a new buzzer-beating round of Joking Off and some fresh Kingin With Tyga! Who’s ready for MTV’s Throwdown Thursdays?

This very Thursday, August 4 will see Nick Cannon’s Wild N Out coming in for its eight season premiere at 10/9c on MTV and the MTV App, followed by some very fresh season premieres for both Joking Off and Kingin With Tyga. This year, host DeRay Davis is all ready to hit that red button once again, while Tyga has some serious wildlife in store, and that’s before we even mention the shark. Because there’s a shark, people.

As if that weren’t enough, Nick Cannon welcomed Season 8 of Wild N Out (and its MTV return!) with a brand-new Wildstyle Vol. 1 mixtape, available to stream on Datpiff beginning August 2. Hosted by Nick and recorded during the filming of MTV2’s Wild N On Tour, the stellar mix features hip-hop royalty like Future, Too $hort, Jeremih, Migos, OG Maco and more, with previously unreleased songs from Wild N Out stars DC Young Fly, Hitman Holla, Conceited, Timothy DeLaGhetto, and Emmanuel Hudson.
