An incident at the C'Mon Inn on Saturday ended up with felony charges filed against two individuals, a man and a woman.

Deputy Missoula County Attorney Jennifer Clark says 33 year-old Joshua Jordan and 47 year-old Cynthia Evers rented a room at the motel, however, when Jordan invited another woman to the room and locked Evers out, she allegedly retaliated by taking a knife to his car tires, then writing all over his vehicle with a Sharpie.

In the morning, Jordan allegedly punched Evers several times in the head.

When the other woman attempted to leave the motel the next morning, Evers allegedly tried to run her down with her vehicle, then fled from police.

Evers was arrested and charged with felony criminal endangerment and two other misdemeanors. She was placed in the Missoula County jail on $2500.00 bail.

Jordan was charged with felony partner of family member assault, plus he had prior charges against him out of Gallatin County. He was released from the Missoula Ciounty jail after posting $10,000 bail.
