The Missoula Urban Indian Health Center, formerly the Missoula Indian Center, is in search of qualified applicants to fill positions on their Board of Directors.

I actually served on the Board for a short period of time and wish I could have stayed on, it's quite rewarding. You may not realize it, but the Indian Center is responsible for a lot of local programs and events that benefit our community, we are lucky to have them. Please consider becoming a member of the Board.

The Missoula Urban Indian Health Center is seeking applicants for its Board of Directors. The mission of MUIHC is to support and strengthen the culture of Urban Native Americans by promoting and fostering health, education and economic self-sufficiency. In doing this MUIHC seeks to enhance the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well-being of Native Americans in the Missoula community and beyond. The MUIHC Board of Directors is an advisory board that works directly with the Executive Director to steer the direction of the Center and ensure its place in the community into the future.
