Sweet baby Jesus, please bring spring to Missoula as soon as possible! This flooding is causing the bearings on my wheels to rust...

It's only a matter of time before the weather starts to dry up the streets and the traction gravel is swept up by the street cleaners, and with that a fresh new season of skateboarding in the Missoula downtown area!

To make you jones even more for a season of riding in the Zoo, we've come across a pretty stellar video known as "What's Good" that features some board enthusiasts in the Missoula area. This may likely tide you over until we can all go out and master some of these moves on our own.

We spoke to Jordan English, creator of this video to find out what the inspiration was for him to make such a sweet vid:

I'd have to say my inspiration for making What's Good is growing up watching local skate videos and wanting to make one of my own. I've been making videos (mostly skate videos) for 7 or 8 years and over those years met more and more skaters to film. It wasn't until 2012 that I felt as though I had gathered enough footage to synthesize into a full video. I hope that What's Good can inspire young local skaters and filmers to make videos of their own. To me, it's all about passing on the legacy of skateboarding to younger generations of Missoulians!

So, kick back in your couch or at your desk as Mother Nature still tries to figure out what she wants to do with herself...and enjoy this homegrown skateboard video in the meantime...
