It’s the largest production Cirque du Soleil has ever taken on the road. With 37 semi-trucks hauling set pieces, costumes, animatronic puppets and more, Michael Jackson: THE IMMORTAL World Tour is also poised to be the largest concert-event in the 16-year history of the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena. To put it in perspective, Walking with Dinosaurs, which featured 18 life-size dinosaurs, travels with 28 semi-trucks, while the average concert travels with 8-10.

The show travels with 219 crew members, production staff and performers, and features 32 Michael Jackson songs, including songs dating back to Michael’s Jackson 5 days. Some of the songs even feature never-before-heard Michael Jackson recordings and outtakes.

The show features a large, multi-purpose LED screen that was specifically developed for this show. Guests can expect to see a total of 252 costumes used throughout the performance, as well as a replica of Jackson’s Giving Tree from his Neverland Ranch that acts as the show’s centerpiece. Cirque du Soleil has been developing THE IMMORTAL World Tour since last August and it has taken over 9,000 hours to create the stage, set-pieces, costumes and props.
