Man Charged with Felony and Misdemeanor Assault [CHARGING DOCUMENTS]

38 year-old Harlan Gibson is in the Missoula County Detention Center charged with felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor assault and partner or family member assault, after an alleged incident that occurred on Saturday night in Grass Valley.

Court documents (attached) state that Gibson choked his female companion, then punched a man and woman who attempted to intervene.

Deputy Missoula County Attorney Shaun Donovan says Gibson is in jail on $15,000 bail.
