Magic City Hippies Talk Missoula, Playing Festivals, And More

Magic City Hippies are quickly becoming a pretty big music success story. From humble beginnings as a one-man-band in Miami in 2013 to playing festivals like Bonnaroo and Austin City Limits in just a few short years, their sound can't be defined by any one label. And they're coming to Missoula for a show at the Top Hat on Thursday, January 24th. Tickets are available over at logjampresents.com.

I got to talk to the band about returning to Missoula, what it's like to play these festivals and the effect it has on their fanbase, how they'd describe what their band sounds like, and if they've got any advice for aspiring bands looking to follow their example.
