My favorite actor of all time has is Chris Farley. It was a sad day in 1997 when he passed away, but we are still finding hilarious videos from Farley. One of his most famous skits came from when he was on SNL a motivational speaker named Matt Foley, you could say he was down on his luck. Check out the video.

The latest video released is a recruitment video for the University of Wisconsin, as he channels his character from SNL Matt Foley.
