I’m Chadwick and I’m New to 107.5 ZOO FM

Hello! My name is Chadwick and today is my first day here on 107.5 ZOO FM! I'm stoked to be here hanging out on the air from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturdays 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Since I'm new here I thought I would tell you a little about myself.

I was born and raised in Great Falls MT and graduated from CMR. Go green and gold and whatnot. To be honest, I wasn't really into sports all that much. I was a pretty big band geek, playing trombone in pretty much all the bands at CMR (symphonic, jazz, marching, pep... yeah I was that guy), and that's were I learned how music works and what makes it so awesome. I would say that it was my father who passed a love of music to me though. Having access to a wide-range of music, I listened to it all and got a taste of what sounds my ear is drawn to and what my ear definitely doesn't like.

Although I can enjoy all music, I tend to say with stuff that is edgier and has a bite to it. Hip-Hop with a message of personal struggles, and rock that just rocks for the sake of rocking are what I typically stick to.

I have a sister who lives in California, so she could be considered a traitor to Montana, but it's awesome to visit. My parents are still married and going on year 1,000 I think? I am engaged to a wonderful and beautiful woman named Stephanie. And, I talk for a living.

It's a weird job, I have to admit. I didn't plan on working in radio. I lucked out though, and I fell in to it then pursued it as if having any sort of career depended on it, because it did. See I didn't do so hot in high school and didn't get into college. When I saw an opportunity to get into this 10 years ago, something clicked and I worked hard to get somewhere with it. Positive attitude and hard work can do awesome things when you decide to implement them.
