YIGO, Guam (June 18, 2011) Boatswainâs Mate 3rd Justin Bey, assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), plays with a kennel of puppies at the Guam Animals In Need (GAIN) animal shelter. Bey is one of many Junior Enlisted Association (JEA) Sailors assigned to Frank Cable to volunteer at GAIN. Frank Cable conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed in U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
