Huffington Post: ‘Missoula – an Unsuspectingly Cool Town’

An article in the Huffington Post includes Missoula, Montana in their '20 U.S. Cities You Must Visit in Your 20s' 

When you envision Montana, you probably think wide open spaces, horses and cowboys, right? Well, Missoula will surprise you. Lots of green space and a university campus makes Missoula an unsuspectingly cool town. Missoula is surrounded by mountains and is home to art galleries (the first Friday evening of every month is "First Friday Gallery Night"), lots of outdoor adventure and the yearly River City Roots Festival. Missoula is also the host of Hempfest, if that's your thing.

You never really see it coming. Sure, people say Missoula is a "cool" town, but it requires the actual Missoula experience to understand the unsuspected part. From the Hip Strip to Alive After Five. From Mount Sentinel to Blue Mountain and everything in between, it is no surprise that the author of this Huffpost was equally impressed.

Other cities that made the "20 Must Visit" cut included Nashville, Seattle, and Portland.
