Even though the ridiculously cold weather completely sucks this week, scientists say it could help you lose weight… Seriously.
A study out of the Netherlands says the cold is actually good for you, it helps you lose weight. When it’s colder outside, or colder in your home, your body must use more energy to keep your core temp constant. Researchers say our furnaces could be partly to blame for people getting bigger. Scientists say ever since we have been able to control the temperature in our homes, our weight have been going up.
