I have seen this little wintery treat all over Pinterest lately. I have wanted to try it, but haven’t been able to find a pin that actually contained a recipe with it. So, I gathered up what ingredients I thought I would need to make the Oreo snowmen pops and went for it.

I must say that these little guys were really easy to make and really good too. Oreo snowmen pops would make great treats for school holiday parties and Christmas cookie exchanges. They are great because you don’t have to spend the time mixing and baking the cookies. All you have to do is dip them and decorate.

Holiday Oreo Snowmen Pops

1 bag Oreo cookies

1 bag white candy melts

Sucker sticks

Orange tic-tacs

Small amount of black frosting

Push one end of a sucker stick into the middle of an Oreo, repeat for as many snowmen as you want to make.

Pour some of the candy melts into a glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each heating, until the candies have melted completely.

Dip the Oreos on a stick into the candy melt, being sure to cover the entire Oreo. Set the Oreo on wax paper and place a half of an orange tic-tac in the middle of the Oreo for a nose. Now leave the candy melt to dry.

Once the candy melt has dried, decorate the rest of the snowman by making little black dots with black frosting for the snowman’s eyes and noses.
