Hardest Job Interview

Job interviews can be nerve racking and stressful. You want so badly to make a good impression that you may not always tell the truth. You may fudge a little bit about exactly what you’re willing to do and how far you would go a company? What is too much? Where do you draw the line?

A group of people apply for a job online. The job was listed as director of operations. In the course of the interview the job description was given to the employees. It was as follows…being able to work standing up most or all of the time with no breaks, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills are required, must be able to work in a chaotic environment, must work any and all holidays with an extended work load, and the position pays nothing.

Who in their right mind would take this job? Not surprisingly, none of the interviewees wanted the job. In fact, most of the applicants thought the job was cruel and inhumane. The amazing thing is that everyone knows someone with this job. You’re mom has done this job from the day you were born. If you are a mom yourself, then you do this job every day.

Ask any mom on the planet and she will tell you that her job is the hardest job on the planet but also the best.
