Hamilton’s Friday Christmas Tree Lighting had a Crowd

It was a busy day in Hamilton Friday. Then, as the sun went down, even more people showed up to follow the Montana A Cappella Society as they sang carols. Others were huddled around the burning barrels on the corners of Main Street.
At 6 p.m. KLYQ Radio helped countdown and light the community Christmas Tree on the 300 block of Main. (see photo) There were lots of “oohs” and “aawws” as the tree sparkled to life. It will light the downtown every evening through the Christmas season.
