You know the songs - "Food, Glorious Food," "As Long as He Needs Me," "Consider Yourself," and "You've Got to Pick a Pocket or Two." Yes, the Hamilton Players are producing the award-winning musical "Oliver!" for a three-weekend run at the Hamilton Playhouse. Directed by Eric Monson, with music direction from Madeline Bourassa, the show includes singing and dancing, some comedy and tragedy and a time-honored Victorian England tale from Charles Dickens. The story presents some themes and content that may not be appropriate for young children.

With special arrangement of Music theater International, the play, written by Lionel Bart, will open Friday, February 15, with shows Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and a Sunday matinee at 2 p.m. The show will play the weekends of February 15, February 22 and March 1. Tickets are available online at the Hamilton Players website.
