Give the Gift of a Smile

This holiday season, our friends over at Dennehy Orthodontics are offering up an amazing holiday gift for one very deserving person right here in Missoula! You can nominate someone for free orthodontic treatment! How cool is that?!

All you have to do is send them a letter  with the following:

• Who you're nominating
• Photo of your nominee
• A little about yourself and your nominee
• Contact phone number for yourself
• What the gift would mean to your nominee

The deadline to make a submission is December 16th, 2016 and if your nominee is selected, you will be contacted by phone on December 20th, 2016. You will then pick up a gift box at the Dennehy Orthodontics office and place it under the tree to surprise your nominee!
