Wedding season is just around the corner, if you’re a bride-to-be slimming down to fit into that perfect dress there’s a new trend in wedding weight loss that may pique your interest. Move over, Atkins and South Beach! Now brides-to-be are upping the crazy by getting on a feeding tube three weeks before their wedding in the hopes of shedding 20 pounds in 10 days. Yes, you heard right — a FEEDING TUBE.

It’s called the K-E diet and consists of “feeding” a tube down your nose and into your stomach that supplies you with 800 calories a day and “no hunger pangs.”

Just Asking … How far did/would you go to look thin for your big day? Do you know anyone who has done something extreme (or even dangerous) to lose weight? Would a guy go to this length for the wedding?

Speaking of weddings … So, after many years together and a whole bunch of kids, Brad and Angelina are finally engaged.

“Yes, it’s confirmed. It is a promise for the future and their kids are very happy,” Pitt’s manager Cynthia Pett-Dante told the Associated Press. “There’s no date set at this time. Brad designed the ring.”

Brad and Angie had previously said they wouldn’t get married until gay marriage was legal nationwide.

Finally, move over, rabbis, pastors and priests … The new trend in weddings is to have a friend get ordained so he or she can marry you.

Just Asking … Did you have a friend marry you? Are you going to? Does having a friend marry you make it more or less special?
