Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is a pretty lengthy title, but no less of a mouthful than, say, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows — or pretty much any Potter film. With four more sequels on the horizon, one of our biggest questions about the series moving forward is how Warner Bros. will approach the titles. Fortunately, Eddie Redmayne has an answer.

WB definitely has options when it comes to the sequels, which could be titled something like Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them: Chapter 2 or Part 2, or just Fantastic Beasts: Insert Plot Thing Here, or they could even drop the Fantastic Beasts bit — though that seems unlikely. Thankfully, we don’t have to wait to find out, as the folks at Snitch Seeker attended a recent Apple Store event for the film in SoHo, where Redmayne and his co-stars were asked this very question.

Dan Fogler and Ezra Miller offered a couple of humorous options, like Fantastic Beasts and Whoops We Forgot One, but Redmayne had a legitimate answer:

You know, I did actually ask that question to David Yates and David Heyman yesterday. And the answer is “Fantastic Beasts” will remain in the title if we go forward, and then it’ll be “and the…”

So something like Fantastic Beasts and the Curious Case of Benjamin Button, or whatever. That’s definitely the best option, and it keeps things in line with Newt Scamander’s adventures with his beastly companions — though to be honest, I would not mind if that adorable, troublemaking Niffler became the star of the series.

Director David Yates recently confirmed that he’s directing the first Fantastic Beasts sequel, and it seems quite likely that he’ll also helm the remaining sequels. For more on Fantastic Beasts, check out our official spoiler review:
