It’s no surprise that Oreo is America’s favorite cookie. How could any red blooded American resist the crispy chocolate with special cream in the middle? Then there is cheese cake. The Golden Girls loved it and so do pretty much every other woman in America (and lots of men too).

What could possibly be better than smashing these two glorious foods together? These little beauties could turn out to be my husband’s newest favorite dessert. Which I won’t complain about, because these are easy to make too.

Easy No Bake Oreo Cream Cheese Cupcakes

1 bag of Oreo cookies

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

8 ounces cream cheese

1/3 cup sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Line two muffin tins with cupcake papers. Place an Oreo in the bottom of each of the papers then set aside. In a food processor, blend the remaining Oreos until nice and crumbly and then set aside also. Pour the heavy whipping cream into a mixer and whip on high until it is nice and thick.

In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice until well combined. Now fold the thick heavy whipping cream into the cream cheese mixture. Scoop the cheese cake mix on top of the Oreos in the muffin tin. Sprinkle the Oreo bits on top of the little tiny cheese cakes. Cover with tin foil and place in the freezer for 1 hour. Then uncover and place in the fridge for 30 more minutes.
