Easy Iced Mocha Recipe
I’m a coffee lover. Most of the time I enjoy my coffee hot, but on hot spring or summer days, the last thing I want is a hot drink. So in order to satisfy my coffee craving without having to endure the heat, I often mix up a cold version of my favorite coffee drink.
This recipe is sure to hit your sweet coffee spot craving. It is a great recipe if you want to make a quick and easy rich, delicious coffee drink. So, the next time you get that contagious coffee itch, see if this recipe can scratch it.
Easy Iced Mocha
4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
1 cup boiling water
1 cup milk
4-6 teaspoons chocolate syrup
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
ice cubes
Stir instant coffee and water together in a pitcher until granules dissolve. Add the milk, chocolate syrup and vanilla to the coffee and whisk until well combined. Fill a glass 3/4 full with ice and pour mix over it. Top with whipped cream if desired.
