It seems like everyone I talk to before 10am each morning is always tired. We have all heard the saying we should be getting at least eight hours of sleep each night, but often times that just doesn't happen.

With technology so easily available more time is being devoted to our phones instead of actually going to sleep late at night. In 2013, gallup.com did a poll and came up with the results that 40% of people in the U.S. get less sleep than recommended. Also at the time they were receiving the data for the poll it was found that most people in the U.S. sleep for 6.8 hours per night. Also the trend keeps moving in the direction of people getting less sleep, that is something I want to change in my own life.

I am tired of feeling tired each morning, so I am going to try and go to bed earlier in the next few weeks. Just as long as I can actually put down Facebook when I am going to bed.
