Around this time of season is when adventure seekers in Montana trek off into the forest to enjoy the excitement of hunting. And while I've never been the one to hunt myself, I do appreciate the art form, and the need to provide food for the family during the cold winter months. I'll never argue about the necessity of meat (being a carnivore myself) and the need to keep the wildlife population under control. Again, let me stress, I'm all about hunting. But here's where I have an issue..

When people post photos of dead deer on their Facebook walls, that's when I really get sick to my stomach. Sorry, I guess I just get a little caught off guard when I see photos like this..

These photos were posted on my friends walls just today. I'm trying to understand why this is something hunters should be proud of sharing. Showing off a rack is one thing, but to blatantly post a photo of graphic mutilation is beyond disturbing for me.

Again, I get it. I'm from Montana. I should be used to this form of sport. But now that we are all living in a world that over shares everything, don't you think that some things shouldn't be shared at all?
