Given the turn in the weather lately, I’ve been craving hot drinks. There is nothing quite as delicious as hot apple cider in autumn. In my opinion, it is the official drink of the season. To celebrate the cooler weather, I’ve found a very easy and tasty cider recipe.

4 cups apple cider

3 tablespoons ice cream topping caramel syrup

1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Place all of the ingredients into a crockpot and let simmer on low for about four hours. This makes four servings. You can top it with whipped cream and nutmeg if desired. This not only tastes great, it also makes your house smell amazing!
