Chrandal Creek Fire Update [AUDIO]
The Chrandal Creek Fire burning over the borders of Montana and Idaho has grown to over 2000 acres and is now over 40% contained. Fire Information Officer Greg DeNitto says strong winds forced personnel off of the fire for safety reasons.
He says Monday’s weather should be much more accommodating for firefighters, with cooler temperatures, however, strong winds could push the borders of some area fires.
