I can only imagine how high everyone in Colorado was on Sunday. The first 4/20 celebration for the state that recently legalized Marijuana. Bill O'Reilly sent his "man on the street," Jesse Watters, to report on a recent study that shows that Marijuana actually does make you stupid. It is hilarious how the stoners react when they hear the study.
