Back-to-School Blast August 16th at Southgate Mall

Southgate Mall is making back to school a whole lot easier this year by putting everything on your list all in one place. With free activities for the whole family, the Back to School Blast is the perfect place to begin the new school year.

Families participating in the Back to School Blast will be entered to win more than $2500 in prizes, including a Family Fun Night, Griz Season Tickets, an iPad and more.

The event begins with registration at JCPenney Court.

Tuesday August 16th 

4 pm – 7 pm

Register first at JCPenney Court and meet back at 7:15 for grand prize drawings.

All eligible participants will receive a giveaway registration form, and each family will receive a coupon goodie bag. JCPenney Court will also have local vendors providing back to school information including school supply checklists. Following registration, participants are invited to join their age specific activities throughout the mall.

Kids can meet at the Train Play Area for balloon animals, free ice cream, Mismo Gymnastics and Southgate Mall’s monthly Kids Klub craft. Teens can meet at the Wish Fountain for a DJ, Mountain Mojo photo booth, pizza, video games and Pokémon GO with free lure modules and Southgate Mall Pokémon masters. Adults are invited to Clock Court where they can enjoy yoga, Oula, mini manicures, sport demos and a VIP (Very Important Parents) Lounge with beer and wine.
