There is nothing better than a huge plate or nachos, or wings and a cold beer while watching football. This time of the year is just amazing, but sitting on the couch and stuffing your face always leads to packing on the pounds. Sitting down to watch your favorite team play is just not the same with a plate full of broccoli.

That is where I need your help. My weight has gone up and down like a roller-coaster for most of my life. I don't normally worry about too much about what I eat but since I did recently turn 30, I don't want to become unhealthy.

That is why I am looking for suggestions. Do you have any healthy snack ideas that taste good, but aren't as bad as chips and queso, calories wise? I'm looking for suggestions, send them my way!
