When they graduate from high school, many girls get money, clothes, a trip, maybe even a car. But more and more girls have their eyes set on a different kind of present: plastic surgery. Seriously. Girls are getting boob jobs as their graduation gifts. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons says that more than 200,000 teenage girls underwent cosmetic surgery in 2009 and many of them were able to pay for their procedures thanks to graduation gifts. Half of the surgeons surveyed said that they had performed surgery on a high-school-aged patient who was paying for the service with a gift certificate.

Just Asking ... Should parents pay for their teen's plastic surgery as a graduation gift? Isn't there ANYTHING inappropriate or creepy about this? If you think it's OK to give your daughter plastic surgery as a gift, are there any limits or guidelines? How young is too young for a nip and tuck?
