When you look at the calendar for the month of April you always remember April Fools Day, and you should probably remember on the 25th is Administration Professionals Day. But I learned something new according to nationaldaycalendar.com, the first Thursday in April (this year it's April 5th) is National Burrito Day! Being such a fan of eating delicious foods, I'm really excited to celebrate this glorious day.

The burrito was first introduced in the United States in the 1930's at the El Cholo Spanish Cafe in Los Angeles. I sure hope you know what a burrito is but just in case it is a heavy tortilla filled with meat, cheese, tomato, rice, beans, vegetables and sauces.

If you celebrate National Burrito Day on Thursday, April 5th in Missoula you are encouraged to use the #NationalBurritoDay hashtag on social media. One thing is for sure, you can find plenty of great restaurants around Missoula making up some delicious burritos for you to enjoy this national day!
